Job summary

Oklo is seeking a Project Quality Lead to supervise QA/QC across engineering, procurement, construction, and turnover activities. You will lead the project QA program, coordinate audits, and mentor quality personnel in Idaho Falls and field locations.

You will interpret quality requirements, develop inspection plans, and ensure records completeness and compliance with ASME NQA-1 and ANSI/ANS-15.8 standards while partnering with EPC leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA/QC, inspection, or similar roles in regulated environments.
• Experience applying ASME NQA-1 and ANSI/ANS-15.8 requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Idaho Falls and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the project Quality Assurance Program.
• Supervise quality specialists, inspectors, and resources across EPC activities.
• Lead audits, surveillances, and assessments with practical corrective actions.
• Translate complex requirements into field-ready controls and plans.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quality documentation and records.
• Direct field QA oversight of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C work.
