Job Description

Insight Global Consulting is partnering with a local utility company to support Asset Knowledge Management's (AKM) Data Management & Analytics organization. As the team continues to mature its operational processes, digital productivity capabilities, data governance practices, and strategic planning functions, they are seeking a Process Management & Program Development Consultant to support a range of high-visibility initiatives.

This individual will partner closely with leaders across AKM to document, develop, and continuously improve business processes, operating models, governance frameworks, and planning activities. The role requires a blend of process improvement expertise, program management, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, and executive communications.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead coordination efforts for strategic planning and regulatory reporting initiatives, including cross-functional data collection, stakeholder alignment, and deliverable management. Serve as a centralized intake and coordination point for reporting requests and organizational commitments. Manage schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications for high-visibility regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives.
