Job summary

Talantir in Seattle is seeking an experienced event delivery professional to own multiple project workstreams, manage end-to-end content delivery, and keep leadership informed with clear status updates.

You will maintain timelines, apply innovative program methods, and analyze post-event data to guide future improvements. This role requires strong communication and multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software (M365, AirTable, RainFocus, Cvent, Asana, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining deadlines and project trackers with fully owned team deliverables.
• Own end-to-end delivery of event content workstreams.
• Report progress to leadership and stakeholders with status updates and roadblock identification.
• Maintain detailed project timelines with milestones and deliverables.
• Execute innovations in program delivery methods.
• Conduct post-event data analysis and recommend improvements.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
