Kforce is recruiting a Project/Program Manager for an enterprise client based in Herndon, VA. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering complex design and construction projects, with expertise in PM platforms like Smartsheet and Procore.

You will set schedules, track progress, and report status to leadership while guiding a team across functions. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in design/construction lifecycle, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• 7+ years of experience in design and construction life cycle.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Project management, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Herndon, VA. Duties:
• Project/Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program
• Managing all aspects of project execution including design development and construction administration processes as well as expertise in implementing and optimizing project management platforms such as Smartsheets, Procore etc. will be beneficial
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
• As a Project/Program Manager, you will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks
• Leads and directs the work of others
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

Requirements

• May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• 7+ years of experience in design and construction life cycle
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

• Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
