Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $53.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager 2 in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities:

• The Project/Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
• Oversees all aspects of projects
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
• Business rebrand, bigger to smaller brand architecture
• Working with supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
• Workflow with direct tasks need to be done
• Working off of expected tasks - project management heavy
• Help scale the full time team who are focusing on other tasks
• May be creating trackers
• Making sure team mates are meeting deadlines, and moving through tasks within correct time frame
• Manage stakeholders
• The Project/Program Manager will be working with cross-functional teams
• Meeting notes gathering and sending out updates
  
  

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• 4+ years of experience in project management
• Experience with MS office and any PM software or PLM tools
• Experience with stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with tracker creation would be a plus as well
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
