Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Tech in Redmond, WA. This role is 16 hours a week and 100% remote. Key Projects: The client needs someone who will be able to update/maintain our SharePoint infrastructure and existing PowerApps used to run the business (and associated environments). There may be a need to build new PowerApps or enhance the existing. There will also be the need to make updates to existing SharePoint sites/sub sites/etc. and ensure compliance standards. If the person is able to identify process enhancements during the course of work, that's great but not a requirement; execution of process changes requiring tool support is the main focus, not identification. They will manage Azure environments. Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 90% working in SharePoint and Power Apps, 10% miscellaneous work.

Requirements

• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role; Experience is important
• 2-4 overall years of experience in the field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Power Apps - design/create/automate/test/troubleshoot
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing SharePoint/infrastructure management
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure environment management
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with no tech knowledge to support the systems will not be eligible for the role
• Best vs. Average: Good communicator; Able to assess and work in the programs - maintain and enhance as needed
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how they meet deadlines and quality of work, team feedback
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
