Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a contract opening for a Project/Program Manager. Location: Remote work from home, but you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Contract Duration: 12 Months, possible contract to hire.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (where required). In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Experience with compliance tools like SAI 360 is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage or administer smaller programs or phases of larger programs to ensure activities align with objectives.
• Assess needs and coordinate resources to enhance existing programs.
• Monitor program progress to meet goals, schedules, and benefits.
• Document and present program results through reports, studies, presentations, and publications.
• Recommend and implement program and process improvements.
• Possibly manage budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreements.
• Pass a drug test and criminal background check to be eligible for contract employment.
