Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Associate Program Manager

Location: Remote Position (Wyomissing, PA)

Duration: 3-6-month assignment

Pay Rate: $15.77/hr.

Shift: 8am to 5pm, M-F

Job Description:

This position involves business account management through systems and data entry with minimal administrative work.

  • Support the Accounts Program Management organization by completing functional, associate-level tasks.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Implementation Managers, and Supervisors to ensure all administrative and operational tasks related to accounts are completed according to contractual obligations.
  • Dispatch client requests, follow up with the field, and handle posting and data entry.
  • Maintain professional and positive relationships with all account customers and internal colleagues.

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the following skills:
