Largeton Group in the United States seeks a seasoned Project/Program Manager with Debit Product expertise to lead end-to-end Debit Card initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, risk, and vendors; develop roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive governance and executive reporting.

Strong background in Agile delivery and 10+ years in financial services preferred; the role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Debit Card and Payment initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Establish governance; prepare executive updates for steering committees.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define debit card product vision and roadmap.
• Support issuance, processing, controls, tokenization, wallets, fraud prevention, and servicing initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable program deliverables.
• Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Lead Agile teams; coordinate multiple Scrum teams.
• Facilitate program increment planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and releases.
• Monitor delivery metrics; manage timelines and quality.
• Identify and remove impediments; manage risks and issues.
• Ensure initiatives align with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Report status to executives and stakeholders.

• Develop and manage program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks; create executive communications and provide updates to steering committees.
• Coordinate and align project delivery across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap for Debit Card products.
• Support key initiatives such as card issuance, transaction processing, card controls, tokenization, digital wallets, fraud prevention, and customer servicing.
• Translate business requirements into actionable program deliverables and workstreams.
• Drive prioritization of product features and capabilities based on business value and customer impact.
• Lead Agile delivery teams, coordinating multiple Scrum teams for successful execution.
• Facilitate program increment planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and release planning.
