Job summary
Inabia-Software- is seeking an experienced Debit Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Debit Card, Payments, and Digital Banking initiatives in onsite environments across Atlanta or Columbus. You will partner with Product Owners, technology, risk, and operations to align delivery with business goals and regulatory requirements.
The role requires 8+ years in project or program management within banking or fintech, strong Agile delivery, and excellent stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech environments.
- Proven experience with Debit Card products and/or payment processing.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and executive reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Debit Card, Payments, and Digital Banking initiatives.
- Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, risks, and budgets.
- Establish governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate with product owners, technology, operations, risk, and vendors.
- Drive Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams and PI planning.
- Maintain RAID logs and executive-level status reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional dependencies.
