Job summary

Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced Debit Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in debit card, payments, and digital banking. The role partners with Product Owners, business leaders, technology teams, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The position requires strong program management skills, deep debit product knowledge, and robust stakeholder management in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, technology delivery, or equivalent.
• Experience in Banking/Payments/FinTech environments with debit product exposure is required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex transformation programs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery, governance, and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of debit card, payments, and digital banking initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and vendors.
• Drive agile delivery, PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
