* Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates.

* Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation.

* Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements.

* Drives achievement of project or program success factors.

* Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements.

* Acts as an internal advocate for the project.

* Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues.

* Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives.

* Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs.

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).

Experience

* 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job does not have supervisory duties.

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $50,700.00 - $85,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
