- Gather requirements and perform workflow and process mapping to meet business needs
- Collaborate with the team to develop models, specifications, and logic diagrams
- Test and document service management software and customize purchased packages

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; OR associate’s degree with 2 years of experience in a computer programming related field; OR 4 years of experience in a computer programming related field
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Call obligation as needed
- No certification or licensure required
