A leading global bank payment company seeks a Finance Operations Optimization Specialist to enhance Finance efficiency and design effective controls. You will report to the VP Financial Control and Enterprise Risk and will be responsible for optimising the efficiency of Finance operations and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of controls. The role will deliver our Finance transformation objectives. The majority of your time will be allocated to mapping, re-designing and documenting processes and controls. You will collaborate closely with the process and control owners in Finance, but will leverage your expertise to limit the demands on their time. In conjunction with the Finance Senior Programme Manager, with whom you will comprise our Finance Transformation capability, you will be accountable for the implementation of process and control improvements, including automation provided by existing or new systems. Your work will require interaction with other teams across the business, but engagement will predominantly be with the Financial Control, Billing & Credit, Procurement and Management Reporting teams.
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£55,680- £69,600) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in the role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
