About

A New Jersey-based media organization is seeking to hire a Project Manager/Product Manager responsible for evaluating and implementing AI products that integrate with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

About The Opportunity

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Length: Through the end of the year

Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid: Remote

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough assessments of AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and predictive analytics platforms, to determine their suitability for integration with BI tools.
2. Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful deployment of AI products alongside BI tools.
3. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial evaluation to full implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, IT, and data science, to align AI and BI initiatives with organizational goals and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
5. Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and impact of implemented AI solutions integrated with BI tools, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and BI technology, recommending ongoing improvements and updates to AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Product Management, particularly in the Technology or Media sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in media and BI tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills

• Master's Degree (preferred).
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications.
• Nice-to-have skills include Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, Project Management, Product Management.
