As the Matching Product Lead, you will drive the next phase of People.ai’s AI-Powered Trusted Data Platform, focusing on improving the coverage, accuracy, and precision of matching sales engagement data to opportunities and accounts. Your leadership will be crucial in strategizing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that help businesses achieve their revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define Product Strategy and Roadmap - Develop and communicate a compelling vision for People.ai’s Matching product.
- Lead Innovation - Work with engineers and data scientists to build next-generation matching solutions that provide clear value to customers.
- Drive User-Centric Design - Engage with go-to-market teams and customers to tailor Matching features to their needs and pain points.
- Coordinate Stakeholder Alignment - Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to deliver optimal solutions.
- Evangelize the Product - Define and monitor KPIs such as match coverage, accuracy, and precision.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–6 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering); a Master’s is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven products, especially in sales or handling large datasets.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade software products.
- Start-up experience in high-growth environments.
