Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, 100% remote position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Applicants can work from most states; specifics will be discussed during the interview process.

We seek an Analytics Consultant – Planning and Performance Measurement focused on:

  • Performance measurement across domains such as quality, financial outcomes, and staffing.
  • Operational benchmarking to identify efficiencies by comparing similar organizations.
  • Developing business cases through market and financial analysis.

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field. (Relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements.)

Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum: Experience with relational data queries, creating analytic solutions like reports and dashboards, and identifying analytic needs.
  • Preferred: 3+ years in healthcare data analysis, experience with Epic systems, project management skills, and healthcare expertise.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred: Epic certifications in any area.
