Develop and implement strategies to promote participant action toward fully funded retirement plans, and achieve key metrics such as retirement outlook and participant deferral rates.
Conduct group education sessions, workshops, webinars, and enrollment meetings to meet client and organizational goals.
Hold individual retirement planning meetings with client employees.
Utilize Transamerica products and services to help participants develop strategies for retirement objectives.
Provide insights into funds offered under each client plan, including objectives and performance.
Identify opportunities for asset gathering and retention, making necessary connections to the Transamerica Advice Center for plan and IRA consolidations.
Explain product options to ensure participant understanding.
Assist participants with multi-product needs and collaborate with other product specialists as required.
Accurately document participant interactions and progress in CRM software.
Participate in projects aimed at expanding or enhancing Retirement Education and Planning Services.
Remote work with no office reporting requirements, with travel up to 60%, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Estimated salary range: $66,000 - $80,000 annually, plus potential bonuses based on performance. Compensation details are estimates and may vary.
