Job summary

Engineered-Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Greensboro area to manage sales projects from setup through closeout. You will coordinate meetings across Engineering, Sales, and Electrical, track budgets and timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and proper documentation.

The role requires strong project and time management, solid communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer-based skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Project and time management skills are essential.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written are required.
• Must work with others in a high-speed and high-volume production environment to support fabrication and install functions.
• Communication & customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Run a sales project to ensure completion to customers' satisfaction, on time and on budget.
• Set up coordination meetings between Engineering, Sales, and Electrical; review budget, specs, site layout, access, timing and personnel.
• Attend weekly Project Management meetings and track progress; manage documentation and site logistics.
• Coordinate fabrication, installation, shipments, Rentals and Hotels, and provide installers with complete job packets.
• Close out projects with load tests, invoices, and post-project documentation.
