Collaborating closely with regional sales teams, customers, technical experts, finance, legal, supply chain management, and execution organizations, you will coordinate all aspects of the offer lifecycle while ensuring compliance with global governance standards. • Support the development and deployment of Global Service Agreement (GSA) frameworks for international customers, creating scalable contractual structures that accelerate regional business execution.
  • Drive commercial qualification, risk assessment, costing, bid/no-bid decisions, and approval processes in alignment with global governance requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Service Operations, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Management to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve LTSA offer templates, commercial playbooks, offer-to-order processes, and handover standards to support business scalability and consistency.
  • Safeguard high-quality execution handovers and ensure lessons learned from customer pursuits and project execution are embedded into future offers and governance frameworks.
  • Maintain opportunity pipeline transparency and support regional growth planning through disciplined CRM management, performance tracking, and participation in regular business reviews.

  • Solid understanding of substation technologies, service portfolios, asset lifecycle management, or comparable industrial service business models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to coordinate complex opportunities across global matrix organizations.
  • Highly structured, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
