Job summary

Infinite Capital Construction is seeking a disciplined professional to join the San Antonio Division, handling project management and estimating for commercial and multi-family work.

You will cultivate client relationships, define scopes, prepare professional estimates, and oversee site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Commercial and/or multi-family construction experience required (5+ years preferred).
• Strong project management and estimating skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial and multi-family clients.
• Define scope of work and prepare accurate estimates.
• Understand the technical requirements of construction and building processes.
• Manage the job site, ensuring clean, safe, and organized projects.
• Procure and manage materials and labor for construction projects.
• Maintain detailed records of all job-related expenses.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teammates.
• Regularly update our CRM system.
• Travel overnight as needed (not expected to exceed 10%).

We are a small, progressive construction company that likes to do things differently. Infinite Capital Construction provides commercial and multi-family construction services to many of the nation's largest property management and commercial real estate companies, primarily handling projects in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Our areas of specialization include exterior repairs such as concrete, masonry, welding, roofing, siding, and painting.

We are looking for someone with strong project management and estimating skills to help build out our San Antonio Division. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of estimating and/or managing commercial and multi-family construction projects. We provide a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to operate with a high degree of independence and uncapped earning potential.

Job Duties

You must be able to efficiently and effectively:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial and multi-family clients
• Define a comprehensive scope of work and prepare accurate, professional estimates
• Understand the technical requirements of construction and building processes
• Manage the job site, ensuring clean, safe, and organized projects
• Procure and manage materials and labor for construction projects
• Maintain detailed records of all job-related expenses
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teammates
• Regularly update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Travel overnight as needed (not expected to exceed 10%)

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and self-manage project management and sales activities
• Proficient with technology and computer applications
• Commercial and/or multi-family construction experience required (5+ years preferred)
• Post-high school training, education, or certifications preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
• Valid Driver's License

Pay & Benefits

• Base Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
• Commissions & Bonuses: Monthly commissions + end-of-year bonus (Expected range: $20,000 – $60,0 0+ annually)
