Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an Estimator Project Manager based in San Antonio, TX. You will estimate costs for construction projects, manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client specs.

You will collaborate with clients, conduct site inspections, supervise project phases, and uphold safety and quality standards. A relevant degree is preferred and 2–5 years of estimating experience in concrete or asphalt paving is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction estimating in the concrete/asphalt paving sector.
• Proficient in project management and cost estimation.
• Strong inspection and quality control skills throughout project execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience with PM and estimation software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare cost analyses.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate logistics to meet milestones.
• Work closely with clients and site teams to ensure specifications are met.
• Oversee safety standards and quality control during all phases.

Job Details

We are looking for an Estimator Project Manager based in San Antonio, TX. This person will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects, managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Additional responsibilities include working closely with clients, conducting site inspections, managing and expediting project phases, and overseeing quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in Construction Estimating in the Concrete, Asphalt Paving Industry.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects.
• Strong skills in Inspection and ensuring quality control throughout project execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant Project Management and Construction Estimating software.
• Previous experience in construction or paving industry preferred.
