Job summary

Transporeon, a Trimble company, seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer implementations of its SaaS logistics platform for global enterprise clients. From kick-off to go-live, you will ensure flawless delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product Management and Delivery teams, facilitate design workshops, and guide change management including training and support across Poland (Cracow) or remote work

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing software or IT implementations from inception to completion.
• Solid understanding of SaaS delivery, scope management, schedule coordination, and project budget tracking.
• Proven experience in the transportation and logistics domain with knowledge of transport operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with an agile mindset.
• Fluency in English and German or Polish.
• Ability to onboard quickly and independently lead customer projects.
• Hands-on experience with formal project management frameworks such as PRINCE2.
• Additional European language skills, such as Italian.

• Proven professional experience in the transportation and logistics area, with solid business domain knowledge of transport operations.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an agile mindset and comfort navigating rapid learning curves.


• Professional working fluency in English and German or Polish.


• Availability to onboard rapidly and independently take on customer projects within the first few months.


• Hands-on experience working with formal project management frameworks such as PRINCE2.


• Additional European language skills, such as Italian.
