Job summary

Transporeon, a Trimble company, seeks a Lead Global Logistics Integrations/Integration Project Manager to drive end-to-end software integration projects for global logistics networks. You will own onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, and bridge technical configurations with business metrics to optimize customer adoption.

Remote role based in Florida with travel. Strong PM and API understanding required; bachelor’s degree and PM certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support in software.
• Strong understanding of software interfaces, APIs, databases, and data workflows.
• Experience in transportation, freight, or logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration projects for carriers, ensuring timely launches and budget alignment.
• Run interactive customer workshops to define scope, configurations, and technical specs.
• Provide tier-two technical support and enablement training to drive user adoption post-launch.
• Coordinate with engineering and development teams in Jira, managing project margins and billable tracking.

In this role, you will hold complete ownership of high-impact customer onboarding and integration projects, serving as the central trusted advisor who bridges technical configurations, financial metrics, and customer adoption across the global Transporeon platform.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience

• Full professional fluency in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Proven experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support within software environments.
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.
• Professional background or familiarity within the transportation, freight, or logistics industry.

Bonus Points For:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management completion or certification.
• Hands‑on experience working with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools like Jira.

Compensation

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
