Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee commercial waterproofing, restoration, and building envelope projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, procure materials, and coordinate subcontractors and field crews.
• Inspect job sites and work quality, identify moisture or water intrusion issues, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and requirements.
• Coordinate project activities to keep work on schedule and aligned with safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear progress updates to clients, general contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve field challenges, communicate changes, and support effective project closeout.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in commercial construction, restoration, waterproofing, roofing, sealants, or building envelope repair.
• Understanding of waterproofing systems and methods for addressing moisture and water intrusion.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Experience inspecting construction work and applying relevant building codes and quality requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license.
• Experience with below-grade waterproofing and repair or reconstruction of commercial buildings or apartments.
• Background in building envelope consulting, forensic work, or litigation support.
