Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager in Denver, CO to oversee commercial restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, masonry and façade projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction project management, with experience in restoration or related trades preferred. Candidates should excel in budgeting, scheduling, and client relations, supporting business
