Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projects.
• Experience with underground utility construction including waterlines, sewer, and related infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.
• Experience coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ability to review plans and specs, identify conflicts, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and sequencing for water and wastewater projects.
• Experience with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project correspondence.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with superintendents, foremen, field engineers, and project teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Arizona as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
