Job summary

Ellison-Mills Contracting in Tucson seeks a Project Manager for water and wastewater construction projects. You will lead projects through preconstruction to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are met while coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed planning, and effective communication. Travel to project sites across Arizona is expected, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projects.
• Experience with underground utility construction (waterlines, sewer, storm drain, force mains).
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion while meeting schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.
• Experience coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.

Project Manager Water/Wastewater (Tucson)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing water and wastewater construction projects


• Experience with underground utility construction, including waterlines, sewer, storm drain, force mains, and related infrastructure


• Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements
