Jobot is hiring a Project Manager to lead turnkey water towers, industrial tanks and structural steel projects in Indianapolis, IN. You will own multiple contracts from award to close-out, manage schedules and costs, coordinate internal teams, and represent the company to owners, engineers and officials.

Job Details

We're searching for an experienced Project Manager to guide complex, self-perform industrial construction projects from contract award through close-out.

As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple contracts simultaneously, planning schedules, tracking costs, coordinating internal departments, and representing the company to owners, engineers, and civic officials. About 35-40 % travel keeps you connected to project sites for pre-construction meetings, progress check-ins, and final inspections. Success in this role means projects are delivered on time, on budget, safely, and to exacting quality standards, all while nurturing client relationships that lead to future work.
