Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing engineering team in Terre Haute, IN. The role focuses on leading projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction in an on-site environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong PM background in engineering or technical fields, with hands-on knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within an engineering, consulting, manufacturing, construction, or technical environment.
• Professional experience and technical knowledge in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Experience working with engineering teams, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
