Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager- Utility Construction in Cameron, WI. The role leads financial, contractual, and customer-facing success, ensuring scope, schedule, costs, and change orders are managed with discipline and clarity.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin, ensure forecasting accuracy, and maintain strong customer trust through proactive risk visibility and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction execution workflows.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and milestone-control capabilities.
• Financial understanding of budgets, cost tracking, cost-to-complete, WIP, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to interpret contracts, plans, technical specifications, and field production data.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or scopes in a utility construction environment.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Maintain schedule integrity and alignment with field execution.
• Manage change orders, billing, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Maintain accurate WIP, percent-complete, and forecasting inputs.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Operations to allocate resources.
• Serve as primary customer contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure documentation, RFIs, permits, and closeout packages.
• Lead and mentor project coordinators and administrative staff.
• Foster collaboration between office and field teams.
