Rise Technical is recruiting a Project Manager/Manufacturing Engineer for turnkey automation installation projects in Lynchburg, VA and surrounding areas. You will own the full lifecycle of projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel nationally with per diem. Relocation assistance and training are part of the package.

You will lead installations at customer sites, ensure schedules stay on track, and communicate effectively with crews and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing installations.
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites.
• Confident communicating with crews and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage turnkey automation machinery installation projects.
• Coordinate, schedule and lead cross functional teams.
• All expenses paid national travel with per diem pay.
