Job summary

MPI is recruiting for a Tilt-Wall Superintendent to lead onsite construction of large-scale facilities. This role requires directing day-to-day field operations, coordinating with general contractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage site logistics, supervise subcontractors and trades, and collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers to maintain project momentum. The ideal candidate has extensive tilt-wall experience and a strong safety record.

The Tilt-Wall Superintendent will serve as the onsite leader, overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring successful project execution.

• Lead all field operations from site mobilization through project completion

Profile

For the Tilt-Wall Superintendent we are seeking:

• Proven experience completing 3 or more tilt-wall projects exceeding 150,000 square feet
• Background managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or distribution facility construction projects
• Demonstrated success leading field personnel, subcontractors, and multiple trades simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to driving projects to successful completion while maintaining a focus on safety and client satisfaction
