Job summary

MPI is seeking a Construction Project Manager for heavy involvement in tilt-up light industrial projects across the front range. The role focuses on guiding the project lifecycle, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of project management experience, strong leadership, and up-to-date CM software proficiency, including MS Project and Primavera, to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in light industrial and tilt-up construction projects.
  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Understands and is up to date with CM software
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
