Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in the Los Angeles area to oversee the project management team and drive day-to-day operations, with a strong promotion path to Senior PM and above.

The role handles multiple commercial office and TI projects, managing schedules, budgets, change orders, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within profit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years Project Manager experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience with conceptual estimating.
• Strong communication and ability to wear many hats.

Responsibilities

My client is a close-knit midsize general contractor in the Los Angeles Area. They have been around for almost 5 decades and created a very reputable name for themselves. They specialize in TI Commercial, Office, Healthcare, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $1-20 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial Office market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. This is an opportunity where your voice will be heard and get to sit in with senior leadership and directly assist with the growth of the company.

• -Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus) preferred
• -Project Manager w/5+ years preferred
• -Experience with a General Contractor

• -Communication skills and can wear many hats
• -Microsoft Suite Software Proficient

Job Offer

• $135K-$170K in base salary
• Guaranteed and project based bonus structure - usually between 15-25%
