MPI is recruiting a senior Project Manager for a close-knit midsize general contractor in the Orange County/LA area. Lead the project management team, drive growth into the Commercial Office market, and collaborate with senior leadership to expand the business.

Projects typically range from $1–$20 million with a strong promotion path to senior roles. Base salary is $135k–$170k, with a guaranteed and project-based bonus (often 15–25%), ESOP vesting, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus) preferred.
• Project Manager with 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with a General Contractor.
• Conceptual Estimating experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to wear many hats.
• Microsoft Suite software proficiency.

Responsabilités

My client is a close-knit midsize general contractor in the Orange County/LA Area. They have been around for almost 5 decades and created a very reputable name for themselves. They specialize in TI Commercial, Office, Healthcare, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $1-20 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial Office market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. This is an opportunity where your voice will be heard and get to sit in with senior leadership and directly assist with the growth of the company.
