Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in Orlando is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and operations initiatives. The role requires hands-on coordination across engineering, infrastructure, architecture, product and business teams, plus governance, procurement, and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tech/IT PM, strong SDLC/Agile knowledge, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams while communicating with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience working across Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Product, Operations and business teams.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within technology/IT environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasting, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Experience with technology procurement, hardware/software purchasing and vendor coordination.
  • Strong project governance, risk management and executive reporting experience.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical teams, business partners, vendors and leadership.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to identify problems, remove roadblocks and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple technology and operational projects concurrently from planning through delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across technical, infrastructure, operational and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and milestones.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and align priorities and deliverables.
  • Coordinate technology procurement, vendors, hardware/software needs and related activities.
  • Establish project governance and provide visibility into health, risks, financials and dependencies.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Adapt plans as priorities change and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Project Manager - Technology & Operations

Seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple technology and operational initiatives simultaneously. This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, work across technical and business teams, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward in a fast‑paced environment.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role focused solely on schedules and status reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing everything from technology delivery and infrastructure coordination to vendors, procurement, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Must‑Haves

  • Coordinate technology procurement, vendors, hardware/software needs, and related project activities.
  • Establish appropriate project governance and provide clear visibility into project health, risks, financials, and dependencies.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks while escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Adapt project plans as business priorities and requirements change.
  • Provide clear project updates and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • PMP, Scrum, Agile, or related project management certification
  • Experience managing technology projects within complex, high‑volume operational environments
