Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple IT and business projects through full lifecycle in a dynamic, growing environment.

The role requires strong PM fundamentals, proven stakeholder management, and the ability to drive on-time, on-budget delivery across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience with strong delivery history.
• Experience leading both business and IT projects across multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, issues and resources.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholders, and report progress to leadership.

Project Manager

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to manage multiple, concurrent projects throughout the entire project management lifecycle for a stable and growing local company. In this role your duties will include scope management, schedule management, resource management, risk management, communication management, stakeholder management, and training and mentoring of more junior EPMO members. Projects will range from business and IT projects, and IT projects will include both application software projects and infrastructure projects. If you are a successful project manager with a successful track record of managing executive stakeholders and juggling multiple projects at once and looking for a long-term opportunity, this is the role for you.

Required Skills

• Must have 5+ years' experience in an IT Project Management role
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile is required
• PMP certified or a desire to be certified is ideal
• Must have experience managing various projects including business and IT related projects
• Must have experience with managing project status, schedule, action items, risks, issues and resources with project portfolio management software
• Must have strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Must be able to build stakeholder trust while also holding stakeholders accountable
• Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships is required
• Must have a drive for customer satisfaction
• Must have experience working with project management software
• Must be able to effectively manage tight project deadlines and dependencies across a large project
• Must be able to proactively reach out and communicate with stakeholders
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must have problem solving and the ability to be an innovative thinker
• Must have strong experience with project plan scheduling
• Experience with change management frameworks is a plus
• Experience with project automation tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is a plus
• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus
