Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead electronic security projects within its rapidly growing data centre team in Texas. You will own projects from kickoff to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and customer relationships while coordinating subcontractors and field teams.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with knowledge of access control and CCTV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within electronic security or a related systems integration environment.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, schedules and commercial performance.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV/video surveillance and associated security infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, Milestone or C-CURE 9000 beneficial.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic security projects from planning and kickoff through installation, commissioning and closeout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers across assigned projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules and key milestones.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers and procurement.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Site Supervisors, Security Specialists and internal teams throughout delivery.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of major security projects from kickoff through completion, managing budgets, forecasting, schedules, subcontractors, and customer relationships for some of the world's largest technology companies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage electronic security projects from planning and kickoff through installation, commissioning and closeout
