Tech Systems is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of integrated security system projects from kickoff through customer acceptance. This role is ideal for a security industry professional who understands access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and IP-based security technologies and enjoys managing projects, coordinating field teams, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

You’ll work closely with customers, account managers, subcontractors, and internal operations teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Manage electronic security installation projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Review project scope, drawings, and bill of materials to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor utilization, and overall project performance.
• Support project planning, material procurement, and installation activities.
• Oversee system commissioning, programming validation, testing, and customer acceptance.
• Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and schedule challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all work complies with company, customer, and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing or leading electronic security, low-voltage, or systems integration projects.
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems.
• Working knowledge of security platforms such as Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Software House, Honeywell, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of IP networking and connected security technologies.
• Experience coordinating field labor, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Lead Technician, Installation Manager, Security Systems Programmer, or Security Project Manager.
• Security industry certifications or project management certifications.
• Experience with enterprise access control and video management platforms.
