Job summary

Gpac seeks an Experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver signage projects such as electric, vinyl, channel, monument, cabinets, illuminated and digital boards in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

You will lead daily project planning, resource management, vendor relations, and installation oversight while ensuring quality, budgets, and clear client communication. A minimum of 3 years in signage PM, strong materials knowledge, and proficiency with PM software are required.

• 3+ years of project management experience in the signage industry.
• Strong understanding of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques.

Position Overview:

As an Experienced Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering successful signage projects, including electric, vinyl, channel, monument, cabinets, illuminated/non-illuminated, digital message boards, etc. You will leverage your industry expertise to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Project Planning - Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and design professionals to establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Resource Management - Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements efficiently.
• Vendor Relations - Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality materials and services.
• Project Execution - Oversee the installation, fabrication, and production of signage projects.
• Quality Control - Implement strict quality control measures to ensure that the final signage products meet or exceed client expectations.
• Budget and Cost Management - Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
• Client Communication - Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
• Project Documentation - Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Team Leadership - Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the signage industry, with an extensive knowledge of the different sign varieties.
• Strong understanding of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
