Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Scrum Master or Agile PM experience on technical projects.

Job Description:

Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and analysts focused on transforming and modernizing data warehouse and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile ceremonies and manage multiple Scrum teams across project and operational initiatives
• Facilitate requirements transition, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within teams
• Track and report agile flow metrics and team performance
• Maintain clear documentation including JIRA boards, architecture diagrams, and project artifacts
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and progress

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of Scrum Master or Agile PM experience on technical projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and system interaction diagrams
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams
• Excellent communication and risk management skills
• Experience with data warehouse and reporting systems a plus
