$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Job Description:

Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking an IT Project Analyst to support the delivery of IT projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring effective communication across teams and vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely task delivery
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and plans (SmartSheets experience preferred)
Track device procurement and delivery schedules
Communicate with Facilities and General Contractors for IT site readiness
Monitor and follow up on internet circuit installations
Identify and help mitigate schedule/resource constraints and project risks
Coordinate with external vendors and contract resources
Develop and maintain a dynamic issue list

Desired Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, with a focus on IT projects
Proven success managing tasks in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience working in construction-related IT environments (clinic builds, internet installs, general contractors)
Proficiency with SmartSheets (dashboards a plus)
Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated with strong customer focus
