This is an exciting opportunity for a project planning professional to contribute to high-impact initiatives within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You'll collaborate closely with technical and business teams to build detailed project plans and ensure smooth execution across portfolios. From developing schedules and assessing risks to supporting decision-making and optimizing resource use, this role is critical to project transparency and success. Ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and planning skills, this position offers meaningful growth in a mission-driven setting.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Serve as a central point of coordination, supporting communication and documentation for multiple ongoing drug and/or device development projects
  • Use standardized project management tools to input accurate data, monitor timelines, track milestones, and generate monthly/ad-hoc reports
  • Identify risks and dependencies, propose solutions, and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays or issues
  • Provide regular project status updates, highlight variances, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication
  • Support project managers in maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes, decisions, and action items
  • Lead or support sub-teams delivering cross-functional program deliverables
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal process improvements as applicable


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in life sciences, drug, or device development strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of development lifecycle processes and project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software/tools
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across functional areas
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in global or cross-functional project coordination is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
