Job summary

A leading New York-based healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Epic Care Management systems and third-party tools. This role includes managing IT teams and guiding high-impact projects that enhance care coordination across various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess deep healthcare knowledge, strong leadership skills, and extensive project management experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT role (minimum of seven years).
• Certification and hands-on experience with Epic systems is required or willingness to certify in all 3 within 3–6 months.
• Prior team management and successful IT implementation experience.

A leading New York-based healthcare organization that’s been championing population health for decades is seeking an experienced Product Manager to take charge of Epic Care Management systems like Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and Clinical Case Management, plus supporting third-party tools. This is team lead role requiring previous people management experience in an IT setting

• Position can be remote with travel to offices 4-6 times a year
• No sponsorship; US citizens and Green Card holders only

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a talented IT team focused on Epic and integrated solutions
• Own high-impact projects ranging in size and complexity from strategy to execution
• Oversee workflow design for new system
• Prioritize requests and deliver smart, user-friendly solutions Ensure seamless workflows that support real-world clinical needs
• Jump into go-lives, troubleshoot fast, and keep things moving
• Collaborate across teams to drive results and innovation

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in an IT role
• Certification and hands-experience with Epic (Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, or Case Management)—or willing to certify in all 3 within 3–6 months
• Prior team management and a track record of leading successful IT implementations
• PMP certification or project management experience is a nice to have
• Deep understanding of healthcare, health insurance, care coordination and/or population health
• Sharp thinking, clear communication, and inspiring leadership
• Tech-savvy with tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
