Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Bellevue, WA seeks a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end CRM transformations across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will manage initiatives in Lead/Opportunity/Accounts, forecast and pipeline management, plus campaign orchestration and customer journeys.

The role focuses on integrations, data migration, release management, and DevOps/CI/CD, delivering analytics dashboards and performance reports for sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• CRM transformation and campaign management experience.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
• Experience with release management, DevOps and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for Lead Management and Opportunity Management.
• Oversee Account, Contact Management, forecasting, quotes, pipelines.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for sales performance.
• Manage Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio campaigns.
• Align customer data integration and personalization efforts.
• Provide marketing performance reporting.
