Job summary

Mbi Llc in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to provide oversight for the design, configuration, staff training, and implementation of VBOA’s replacement licensing and management system for VITA.

You will lead cross-functional teams through process mapping, gather requirements, manage testing, and ensure deployment on time and within budget.

Requires PMP certification and proven SaaS/PaaS implementation experience, strong vendor management, and ability to communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud-hosted SaaS or PaaS implementations.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and set priorities under pressure.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and change management capabilities.
• Experience guiding discovery and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall with hands-on Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Vendor management experience overseeing solution implementations.
• Active PMP certification with PMI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, configuration, staff training, and implementation of the replacement licensing and management system.
• Lead process mapping and requirements gathering, acting as day-to-day project contact.
• Monitor user acceptance testing and certify readiness for deployment.
• Manage change, vendor relationships, budgeting, and status reporting to executives.
• Coordinate team members and schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
