Job summary

Mbi Llc seeks an IT Sourcing Consultant to lead a sole-source licensing and enforcement system project for the Board of Accountancy. You will drive procurement with VBOA, VITA cloud solutions, and the PMO, ensuring clear deliverables and negotiated contracts.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, perform risk mitigation, and conduct post-project reviews to promote knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deep industry experience within procurement and supplier management including cloud solutions.
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiation.
• Technical writing and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of VA public procurement laws.
• Knowledge of VITA cloud hosted security protocols and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sole-sourced procurement with VBOA, VITA cloud solutions, PMO and vendor.
• Ensure requirements are understood to negotiate a fairly priced contract with clear deliverables.
• Manage customer expectations for project deliverables through effective and timely communications.
• Conduct post-project lessons learned reviews with customers for knowledge transfer and satisfaction.
