Federal Realty Investment Trust is seeking a Project Manager, Construction and Tenant Services in Kansas City, KS. The role involves coordinating landlord and tenant work, budgeting, scheduling, and delivering possession to tenants across a portfolio of properties.

You will liaise with tenants, architects, consultants, and contractors, manage design reviews, and ensure lease obligations, budgets, and timelines are met. Travel within the portfolio is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• PMP and LEED AP are preferred certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience with design and construction of retail properties preferred.
• Ability to travel across the portfolio is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drives landlord and tenant design, permitting, and construction processes.
• Gathers information required by leasing to market tenant spaces.
• Manages construction projects from conceptual estimating through close out.
• Coordinates with Legal, Leasing, Asset Management and Development teams.
• Reviews construction drawings for lease, budget, schedule and design compliance.
• Provides scheduling and planning information to internal departments.
