Job summary

Kite Realty Group Trust in Indianapolis seeks a Tenant Improvement Project Manager to lead budgetary control and day-to-day management of tenant construction projects. You will oversee design and construction teams, ensure timely completion, and manage Landlord work from pad turnover to inline shops and ground-up projects.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, ability to read engineering drawings, and effective collaboration with tenants and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-development to turnover.
• Coordinate design, scopes, constructability, and economics based on project parameters.
• Create bid packages and analyze proposals for scope and cost.
• Negotiate and manage construction contracts.
• Monitor project costs and schedule.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with municipalities for permits and inspections.
